Shipping and return/refund policies

*SHIPMENTS*

I combine shipments and I offer two shipping options: international standard mail service (delivery in about 10 to 25 working days/one month, depending on your location - beside custom duties) and international express mail service (delivery between 2 and 5 working days, depending on your location - beside custom duties).

As for standard service, please note that in the last few months worldwide deliveries have been massively delayed, so it might take longer. 

Shipping cost might vary depending on the parcel's weight, you'll see the exact amount during the checkout.

Italy standard: from €4 - Italy express: from €7,90

Europe standard: from €24 - Europe express: from €36

UK standard: from €22 - UK express: from €31

Canada standard: from €31 - Canada express from €45

USA standard from €31 - USA express from €39

Mexico standard from €29 - Mexico express from €45

Australia standard from €42 - Australia express from €44 

Other countries standard from €42 - Other countries express from €56

 

*Important* Both standard and express mails do NOT include insurance for lost or damaged goods. If you'd like to add a shipping insurance, please contact me before buying so I can check the insurance fee and give you an accurate shipping cost. Thank you.

Please also note that insurance implies a 10% (or minimum €26) insurance excess; This means that if your doll costs for example €200 you'll be refunded €174 (minimum insurance excess of €26).

I usually ship within 2/3 working days from the payment (provided I have all the necessary information). I'm an indipendent artist, I'm not Amazon, so I cannot ship right away XD but I always do my best to make you guys happy :)

 

Smaller items such as keychains, brooches, necklaces and original watercolour paintings are shipped with international signed for.

*RETURN POLICIES*

All my listings have a lot of pictures and detailed informations. If you're not sure about something, please ask BEFORE buying.

So, once the goods are shipped and delivered, they cannot be returned.

 

*REFUND POLICIES*

My dolls are super carefully packed (please check the FAQ). The only way to have a refund for lost or damaged goods is to pay for a shipping insurance. In this case, please contact me before buying so I can check the insurance fee and give you an accurate shipping cost. Thank you. So, if you didn't ask for a shipping insurance and your goods get damaged or lost, there will be no refund.
