Azzurrina Horror Doll

Do you know the legend of the ghost of Azzurrina?

She's a ghost child haunting the castle of Montebello (Italy).
She was an albino and her parents, worried for her life, used to dye her hair darker, but the natural colour they used gave off some light blue hues: this is why they used to call her Azzurrina.
One summer day she vanished while she was playing in the castle and she was never found again.
Since then, during summer solstice, people can hear the moans and cries of a child.

I made this doll inspired by this legend, that I really love!

Azzurrina is a blue ghost (of course!)
She has white and light blue hair (BJD wig) with a hairbow, white haunted eyes, aged and stained white dress, no shoes.
She's holding a teddy bear wearing a light blue ribbon and she's sitting on a beautiful rattan chair repainted and revamped by me.

Her face and limbs are porcelain, while her body is cloth.
Her clothes cannot be removed. She's a sitting doll, so she doesn't come with a stand.

She's about 43cm tall sitting.

She's one of a kind and numbered, hand painted and modified by me.
